Resins
Interplastic's Thermoset Resins Division offers the largest variety of tooling and master production resins in the industry. We have high heat distortion orthophthalic and isophthalic formulations (COR75-AQ-393 and COR75-AQ-010) for producing tools and masters with outstanding surfaces. We pioneered and continue to market high heat distortion, high tensile elongation vinyl esters and modified vinyl esters for large molds with built-in fatigue and impact resistance (VE 8117, VE8121LH, VE8151LH, MVR8011, MVR 8031 and MVR8031LH).

Tooling
Interplastic has formulated the CorToolingtm System specifically for the toolmaker. The COR70-BA-760 is designed for quickly building superior molds. 

An extensive formulary of tooling resins and gel coats also are available.

Gel Coats
The Gel Coat and Colorant Group manufactures five tooling gel coats. The B-816-T black, the O-209-T orange, and the G-569-T green are standard tooling gel coats. The B-168VE-T black and O-122VE-T orange are vinyl ester tooling gel coats. All CoREZYN® tooling gel coats are formulated heavy metal-free.
