Interplastic Corporation encourages its staff to be involved with industry organizations. We feel it is important to actively participate in the effort to positively impact the shape and direction of our industry.

American Composites Manufacturing Association (ACMA)

Mission: As the world's leading composites trade association, the ACMA develops and administers systems to support fabricators in the successful operation of their business. In an effort to promote long-term growth for the industry, the ACMA provides a forum to:

1. Be the recognized source of education and information for the composites industry;

2. Proactively and positively affect regulatory and legislative outcomes;

3. Promote the development and expansion of markets for composite products.

Mission Statement:
To promote the merits of certified cast polymer products

• To act for and represent the industry in matters of local, state, national and international importance

• To conduct studies, research and educational programs for the purpose of improving the cast polymer industry

• To collect and disseminate statistical and other information pertinent to the industry

• To develop and promote voluntary standards of product quality for the benefit of purchasers of cast polymer products

• To provide activities, programs and services to enable the industry to perform with the greatest economy and efficiency all in accordance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.

Mission: NACE International is dedicated to promoting public safety, protecting the environment and reducing the economic impact of corrosion by advancing the knowledge of corrosion engineering and science.

Styrene Information  and Research Center (SIRC)
Styrene Information and Research Center's (SIRC) Styrene Forum

Mission and Goals: SIRC's mission is the collection, development, analysis, and communication of pertinent information on styrene. The organization's principal
objectives are:

• To develop sound medical, scientific, and technical information, for the guidance of industry and federal/state regulators on issues associated with styrene exposure.

• To communicate this information effectively to plant managers, employees, and communities; as well as federal, state, and local officials, and to the media.

• To promote fair and equitable regulations by federal and state agencies.
