Scott Crump Joins Interplastic Corporation
(St. Paul, MN – May 24, 2007) Rob Laubscher, Business Manager, Gel Coat Product Development and Manufacturing for Interplastic Corporation, announced that Scott Crump has been appointed Director of Research & Development for gel coats, colorants and putties. Crump will be responsible for managing all aspects of new product development and focusing the division resources where most needed to meet marketplace demands.
Scott brings a wealth of technical knowledge to his role by virtue of his tenure as Director of Research & Development at American Colors, Inc. followed by various technical management positions at Cook Composites and Polymers, including Manager of New Technology, and Corporate Research and Development Director. He received his B.S. in Chemical Engineering from North Carolina State University and his M.S. in Macromolecular Science from Case Western Reserve University.
