Interplastic Corporation Purchases Mahogany Distribution Company of Mays Landing

(St. Paul, MN - January 22, 2007) Interplastic Corporation today announced that is has acquired the composite materials distribution business of Mahogany Company of Mays Landing, Inc. The acquired business encompasses two distribution centers in Mays Landing, NJ, and stocking locations in Everett, PA and Duncan, SC. The purchase also includes exclusive distribution rights within the territory of Mahogany produced composite kits.

The Mahogany distribution business will be combined with North American Composites’ (NAC) Northeast/Mid-Atlantic District and will be headquartered in Mays Landing, NJ.
